Scholarship & Payment Options

Scholarships:

Payments:

In full: Attendees can pay in-full through our website using Visa or Mastercard.

Installments: The SNHU Alumni Retreat team will accept up to five installment payments using cash, check, money order, or Venmo. Email megplaisted@gmail.com for address or Venmo information. A $25.00 fee is assessed for bad checks. Final payment is due on 1 February 2027.

Cancellation Policies:

Registration for our SNHU Alumni Retreat constitutes an agreement to our terms and conditions, so please read our cancellation policy carefully.

  • Cancellations made prior to 1 January 2027 will receive a full refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.

  • Cancellations made between 1 January, and 1 February 2027 will receive a 75% refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.

  • Cancellations made between 1 February, and 1 April 2027 will receive a 25% refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.

  • Cancellations made after 1 April 2027 cannot be refunded.

  • However, if the Mountainview MFA Alumni Retreat team is able to fill the canceled room with someone from the waitlist, the person who canceled will receive a full refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.

Retreat Cancellation:

The retreat has an enrollment of 12 alumni. If the enrollment is not met by 1 February 2027, the retreat will be canceled. If the retreat is canceled by the Mountainview MFA Alumni Retreat team for any reason, all registrants will receive full refunds.
